• September 23, 2008 to October 28, 2008 Teaching a six-week writing workshop on Setting, Scenes & Structure: Construction Materials for Building Your Novel. This workshop will concentration on learning and applying the core elements and techniques needed to create a strong foundation to build your novel on. Location: Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Ave. Hershey, PA 17033. The workshop will meet every Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and costs $65.00/person. • October 4, 2008 Book Signing at Barnes & Noble Booksellers (2751 Papermill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610 610-236-0100) 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• October 17-19, 2008 Capclave 2008 Hilton Washington DC/Rockville, Executive Meeting Center, 1750 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852. Capclave is a small relaxed literary convention with a program that usually focuses on the short fiction form. Our Guests of Honor and other notable authors, editors, artists, and fans of the short fiction form will explore the creation and enjoyment of short fantasy and science fiction genre stories.
• December 6, 2008 Book Signing at Borders Express (Exton Square Mall, Exton, PA 19341. 610-363-5036) 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• December 20, 2008 Book Signing at Borders Express at the Berkshire Mall (1665 State Hill Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610. 610-376-6133). 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
